END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Herbs Claude Connector application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Herb's House Coffee ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the purpose of integrating with QuickBooks Online to access and manage financial data for authorized business purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Application;

b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;

c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application;

d) Use the Application for any unlawful purpose;

e) Use the Application to access data you are not authorized to access;

f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Application.

4. QUICKBOOKS ONLINE INTEGRATION

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online services provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of QuickBooks Online services.

5. DATA ACCESS AND SECURITY

The Application accesses financial data from your QuickBooks Online account using OAuth 2.0 authentication. You are responsible for:

a) Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;

b) Ensuring only authorized personnel have access to the Application;

c) Promptly revoking access if security is compromised.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Herb's House Coffee. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Company.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL HERB'S HOUSE COFFEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Herb's House Coffee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Application.

10. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete any copies in your possession.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
