2.1 Information from QuickBooks Online

When you authorize the Application to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, we may access the following types of data:

d) Customer and vendor information;

e) Employee information (if applicable);

2.2 Authentication Information

We collect and store OAuth 2.0 tokens provided by Intuit to maintain your authorized connection to QuickBooks Online. These tokens include:

a) Access tokens (short-lived, used for API requests);

b) Refresh tokens (used to obtain new access tokens);

c) Realm ID (your QuickBooks company identifier).

2.3 Usage Information

We may collect information about how you use the Application, including:

a) Types of data queries performed;

b) Frequency of Application use;

c) Error logs and diagnostic information.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

a) Provide, maintain, and improve the Application;

b) Retrieve and display your QuickBooks Online financial data;

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Storage Location

Your authentication credentials and connection metadata are stored locally on your authorized systems in encrypted format. Financial data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is processed in memory and is not permanently stored unless you explicitly export it.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

a) Encryption of stored credentials;

b) Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols;

c) Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel;

d) Regular security assessments and updates.

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your authentication tokens for as long as your connection to QuickBooks Online remains active. You may revoke access at any time, which will result in the deletion of stored tokens.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the following rights regarding your information:

c) Deletion: You may request deletion of your data by revoking Application access;

d) Revocation: You may revoke the Application's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your Intuit account settings.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).
